Sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Getting started is simple! Complete the brief inquiry form with your contact information and a few details about what brings you to therapy. I will review your submission and contact you to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and schedule an initial consultation or appointment.

Individual telehealth counseling sessions are $80 per 50-minute session. I accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I am a provider with Open Path Collective, a nonprofit network that offers affordable therapy services for individuals seeking lower-cost counseling options. No. I do not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. Determining the need for an ESA requires specialized assessment and evaluation. Because I am not specifically trained to assess for ESA recommendations, it would not be ethical for me to provide this service.

I may be able to complete FMLA, disability, or leave-of-absence paperwork after we have completed at least four therapy sessions or more. This allows me sufficient time to conduct a thorough assessment, understand your symptoms and functioning, and ensure that any documentation provided is accurate, clinically appropriate, and ethically supported.

No. I currently provide individual telehealth counseling services for adults ages 18 and older only. At this time, I do not offer counseling services for children, couples, or families.
