Meet Your Therapist

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most complex and meaningful challenges. My work focuses on grief, parents of children with special healthcare needs, late-diagnosed neurodivergent women, and women navigating self-esteem concerns. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their unique experiences.

My clinical approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), both delivered through a trauma-informed lens. I integrate these evidence-based practices to help clients build emotional awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward values-driven lives.

Philosophically, I align with existentialism, holding the belief that individuals have the capacity for growth and change. With the right support, tools, and environment, clients can reconnect with their sense of purpose, strengthen their resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
